Intuitive Health's Center of Excellence recognizes hybrid ER and urgent care facilities that exceed extremely rigorous metrics unprecedented in the healthcare industry. These teams exceed patient expectations, deliver quality patient care and provide an excellent customer experience - better than most prestigious retailers. Winners are selected based on their exceptional patient satisfaction scores, overall performance and reputation in the market. Each winner exemplifies one or more qualifications chosen by the Center of Excellence based on key healthcare excellence benchmarks including NPS (Net Promoter Scores), door-to-door time, quality clinical excellence, safety of care, operational efficiency, social media reputation and team engagement.

Center of Excellence Award

As the most prestigious accolade awarded by the Center of Excellence, its winners have exceeded rigorous national best practices and exceed even the top patient satisfaction and operational performance scores. The winners of this award maintain a Google Search star rating of 4.3/5 or higher, and an NPS of at least 80—a performance level within the top 1% of all national retailers.

Up and Comer Award

Recognizing the newest facilities, the Center of Excellence Up and Comer award is given to locations that have done an exceptional job getting up and off the ground and quickly achieving the quality of care and patient satisfaction that Intuitive Health is known for. The winner of this award exceeded at least one Center of Excellence award criteria within their first 18 months of operation.
