This Privacy Policy also does not apply to information collected from users that is regulated as Protected Health Information (“PHI”) as such term is defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and its implementing regulations (“HIPAA”). Individuals Under the Age of 18

  • automatically as you navigate through or otherwise use the Website; and

We have a Business Associate Agreement with Freshpaint, which enables us to share certain automatically collected information with third-party analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, in a manner that safeguards individual confidentiality. All data shared by Freshpaint with such third parties is de-identified, meaning it does not contain information that can be used to identify you.   • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics on our Website to help us understand how visitors interact with our content. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about your use of our Website, including your IP address, pages visited, and the duration of your visit.   • Hubspot. We use Hubspot, a service provided by Hubspot, Inc. We have a Business Associate Agreement with Hubspot. Hubspot uses web beacons and cookies stored on your computer and enabled to allow us to analyze the use of our Websites. HubSpot evaluates the collected information (e.g., IP address, geographical location, type of browser, duration of the visit, and pages accessed) on our behalf in order to generate reports on the visit and the pages visited. You can find more information on the data collected by HubSpot and its processing in HubSpot’s privacy policy: https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy. Information We Collect from Third Parties 

We may collect Personal Information from third parties. When we associate this information with other Personal Information about you, we consider this information to be Personal Information. This information includes: precise geolocation information and non-precise IP based information.

We use the collected information primarily for our own internal purposes, such as providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving our services and Website, fulfilling requests for information, and providing customer support.

We may disclose Personal Information we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy: 

  • to our subsidiaries and affiliates; 

  • to business partners, contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business. These entities provide the following services on our behalf: IT and infrastructure support; account management and administration; and analytics pertaining to our Websites (among other similar services);  

  • to a potential or actual buyer or other successor in the event of a planned or actual merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Legay ER’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by Intuitive Health about our Website’s users is among the assets transferred; 

  • to third-party cookie and other tracking technology providers for the purpose of providing analytics and cross-context behavioral advertising services to us;

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information 

We do not always control the collection and use of your information collected by third parties described above in Sharing of Personal Information. These third parties may aggregate the information they collect with information from their other customers for their own purposes. 

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information we have collected about you. We have created mechanisms to provide you with control over your Personal Information:

This helps us understand our users and the use of our Website. Do Not Track Signals and Global Privacy Control Signals 

Some web browsers permit you to broadcast a signal to websites and online services indicating a preference that they “do not track” your online activities. However, there is no accepted standard for how a website or online service should respond to this signal, and at this time, we do not take any action in response to such a signal. 

Security
