Baptist Health Hardin Cuts Ribbon on New ER & Urgent Care in Radcliff
Proven Hybrid Care Model Continues Expansion with Latest Location near U.S. 31W
RADCLIFF, KY (Sept. 10, 2026) - Baptist Health Hardin has officially cut the ribbon on the health system’s newest combined emergency room and urgent care facility in Radcliff. In partnership with Dallas-based Intuitive Health, the new state-of-the-art facility provides the community with convenient, around-the-clock access to emergency care closer to home.
“The opening of the newest Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care reflects our commitment to making high-quality care more accessible for the communities we serve. By bringing emergency and urgent care together under one roof, we're introducing an innovative model that will change the future of care for the people of Radcliff, Fort Knox and neighboring Meade County. It's another way we're meeting people where they are and expanding convenient access to the care they need, when they need it."

Located at 2763 Centennial Ave., the 24,000 square-foot two-story facility will offer on-site imaging, including CT, X-ray, ultrasound and EKG, along with laboratory services, available 24/7. It will also include a dedicated ambulance entrance, along with a primary care practice on the second floor.
"This new facility in Radcliff is the latest example of what's possible when a health system puts patients first, eliminating the guesswork for people when deciding between ER and urgent care,” said Thom Herrmann, CEO of Intuitive Health. "We're proud to help Baptist Health bring transparent, patient-centric and efficient health care closer to more communities.”
Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care – Radcliff will officially open to the public on September 14. The emergency department will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and urgent care billing will be available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., daily.
It joins three existing combined ER and urgent care facilities in Jeffersonville, Ind., and Louisville, Ky., with two more locations set to open soon in Sellersburg, Ind., and Georgetown, Ky.
