Intuitive Health Names Ryan Raschke as Chief Financial Officer

PLANO, TX – Intuitive Health, the pioneer of the combined ER and urgent care model, is excited to announce Ryan Raschke as our new Chief Financial Officer.
Raschke delivers deep expertise in scaling health system partnerships nationwide and has spent his career bringing more access and choice to communities, all while focusing on the patient experience. He draws on 27 years in finance leadership roles, including 10 as CFO at RAYUS Radiology, a subspecialty provider for advanced diagnostic and interventional radiology services. During his tenure, he helped drive the company's expansion from a seven-center regional imaging network to a 150-plus center national platform with more than 160 mobile imaging units and a teleradiology business line. He also delivered significant EBITDA growth while managing joint venture partnerships with major health systems and navigating the company through three private equity ownership transitions and exits.
Raschke said he was drawn to Intuitive Health because the proven combined emergency and urgent care model delivers significant value for health systems, payors, and patients.

Raschke holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Iowa State University.
