Marshall Leslie

Marshall Leslie is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than two decades of experience driving strategic growth, operational transformation, and performance improvement across the healthcare ecosystem. As Chief Growth Officer at Intuitive Health, he leads efforts to expand the organization’s national footprint and bring its differentiated hybrid emergency and urgent care model to more communities.

Before joining Intuitive Health, Marshall served as President of Consulting at Vizient, Inc., where he led a national team focused on helping health systems achieve sustainable performance improvements. He previously held senior leadership roles within Vizient, including oversight of its Operations and Quality business and leadership within its Advisory Solutions group.

Marshall began his career at General Electric, where he gained deep expertise in process improvement and held leadership positions both in the U.S. and internationally. He later joined Healthcare Performance Partners, an early innovator in applying Lean methodologies to clinical and operational settings in healthcare.
