Presbyterian Health Services Case Study
February 1, 2020

Presbyterian Health Services is one of the largest health systems in the US, and New Mexico’s largest employers that has been servicing the state for over 100 years. “The partnership with Intuitive was strategic initiative to create better access points for New Mexicans in key retail locations we as a health system would not look at”, said Clay Holderman, COO of Presbyterian. Intuitive is providing an operational leadership and retail expertise creating urgent care and ER processes that are changing the way our community receives treatment. Currently there are two locations operational with two more in development. “The footprint of these facilities is significantly smaller than a typical hospital ER, but the processes that are being implemented and trained on are positively driving more efficiencies across our entire system” – Clay said.
